Each year, the Windham Recreation Department hosts Trick-or-Treat on Main Street, an event where, on Halloween night, Main Street, Willimantic is closed to motor vehicles, and the streets fill with hundreds and hundreds of kids of all ages who trick-or-treat at local businesses and services.
This year, the WRTD "Haunted Bus" made it's debut at the event, with special driver "Bones" behind the wheel!
