Items found on the bus should be turned in to the driver immediately.

Lost Items

When an item is found on a WRTD bus, it is kept at the WRTD office. Items not claimed at the end of 30 days will be disposed of.

If you left an item on one of WRTD's buses, contact the WRTD office at (860) 456-2223 or 968 Main Street, Willimantic, CT during regular business hours. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

When you call, it would be helpful for you to provide us with as much of this information as possible:

a description of the item, including any brand names;
the date and time you believe you lost the item;
what bus and run you were on;
where you boarded the bus; and
where you were sitting on the bus.
